Returns and Cancellations:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
However, orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $25 administration fee, whether or not the order has shipped.
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges. In addition, 5% of the product price will be deducted as a restocking fee on returns, not due to damages, defects, or incorrect deliveries.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the damage is severe, you may refuse the delivery. Otherwise, please accept the package and contact us immediately. Also, please send photos to returns@barcraftboutique.com.
Please ensure the carrier signs the freight bill for damages.
Damaged and defective issues will be handled case-by-case and may involve replacement parts.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
We cannot accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at returns@barcraftboutique.com.
Please note that the exact amount to be deducted for shipment and restocking fees will be communicated to you in our return confirmation notification.
